How soon will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to process; it may take another 1-2 days for your order to be shipped out. You will get a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is shipped. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

We always try to start orders right away. Once your order has been started, it cannot be changed. Please ensure all your information is correct before submitting your order. If your order is not yet started, contact us and we will cancel it so that you can reorder the correct item.
